A hidden gem for relaxation. The spacious apartment with a lovely terrace provided a serene atmosphere. I enjoyed waking up to the soothing sounds of birds and the Jacuzzi in the room was a definite highlight. The young and friendly staff made our stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

Had a great Xmas experience. Really enjoyed the holiday atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. Loved the complementary Christmas dinner and gift. the location was beautiful, surrounded by mountains and fresh air. the indoor pool was a great escape from the cold and the sauna was just amazing.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, and some areas seemed outdated and in need of renovation. the internet was spotty and frustrating.

I stayed in a hotel that offers great family fun activities in a beautiful forest with clean facilities and friendly staff who provided superior service. The food quality was impressive, beating out similar hotels. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were tidy, inviting, and noise-free. The hotel had incredible views and a spa. The kids enjoyed the pool with dance music and there were clean bathrooms.

The hotel I stayed in had a zoo on the grounds where the animals seemed to be kept in small cages and not taken care of, which was unpleasant and concerning.
